We dispatch orders within one business day. Our estimated delivery times are 3-5 days to UK/Europe/USA/Canada, 5-6 days to Mexico/Latin America/Middle East/Asia.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.

All orders to countries outside the European Union are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient may be liable for any customs fees and local sales tax. We are regrettably unable to confirm the exact amount of these and we suggest you contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD

If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal information and credit card number on a form. These will then be transmitted to the payment processor via a secure connection. The bank checks the transaction data as well as your line of credit within seconds and transmits the results of the check to the seller. If the results are positive, the agreed amount is charged to your credit card.

 

PAYPAL

PayPal is an easy and safe way to pay for your purchases - without entering your banking information or credit card number, because your information is stored in your PayPal account.

REIMBURSEMENT

We will credit you with the return amount as quickly as possible after receiving your return shipment.

 

RETURNS

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. The receiver is responsible for arranging and paying for the actual shipping cost. Items returned in non-saleable condition such as unsealed, switched or used (with exception of damaged or faulty items) or relabelled will not be refunded.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank's processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
